Team Member

Victor manages banking portals, executes released payment runs and monitors daily cash positions across three currencies. He is one of only four people with access to the corporate banking platform and takes that fact seriously.

Executing approved payment runs in the banking portal
Daily cash position and FX exposure reporting
Bank mandate and signatory administration
Monthly bank reconciliations

Deliberate and procedural. Enjoys a checklist. Deeply suspicious of urgency.

Communication style

Terse and factual. Confirms actions with a timestamp and a reference number, and refuses to act on instructions received outside the finance system.
