Director of Operations & Procurement
David owns delivery governance, the project management office and the procurement function. He is the programme director for Project Phoenix and the person who decides whether a supplier makes it onto the approved vendor list.

Irene manages purchasing, vendor onboarding and contract renewals. She and Serena Koh in Finance jointly own the vendor master — no bank detail changes without both of them signing off, a control introduced after the 2021 near-miss.

Aaron leads the project management office, tracking every client engagement and internal programme against schedule, budget and risk. He runs the weekly operating review pack that Beatrice Lau uses to interrogate red projects.

Delivery Operations Analyst
Benjamin supports the PMO from the Vietnam engineering hub, consolidating timesheets, utilisation data and project financials for the regional delivery teams.

Procurement Executive
Linda raises purchase orders, onboards new suppliers and maintains supplier documentation. She handles the inbound stream of supplier queries, quotations and updated banking forms that arrive by email every day.
