Chandra co-founded Orion Dynamics in 2009 after eleven years implementing ERP systems for a global consultancy. They still ask to see the technical design of any engagement above S$2 million, which delivery leads variously describe as reassuring or terrifying. Chandra chairs the Project Phoenix steering committee and opens the Orion Tech Summit every year.

Beatrice joined in 2017 from a regional logistics group and turned Orion's delivery function from a set of heroics into a governed operation. She runs the weekly operating review where every red project has to explain itself, and she chairs the ISO 27001 steering group.

Harold is a chartered accountant who spent a decade in audit before moving client-side. He owns the quarterly close, the banking relationships and the finance workstream of Project Phoenix. He introduced Orion's dual-approval payment policy in 2021 after a near-miss with a spoofed vendor bank change.

Finance Director
Priya runs the finance department day to day, covering financial control, accounts payable and receivable, and management reporting for the three offices. She joined from a Big Four advisory practice in 2019 and rebuilt Orion's month-end from a two-week scramble into a six-day process.
Director of IT & Cybersecurity
Rachel owns internal IT and the cybersecurity practice. She built Orion's security operations capability after the 2022 client ransomware incident and is the accountable owner for the ISO 27001 recertification. She is the person who signs off on any exception to the security policy — and she signs off on very few.
Director of Marketing & Sales
Adeline owns revenue: pipeline, positioning, bids and the annual Orion Tech Summit. She joined in 2021 from an enterprise software vendor and reframed Orion's marketing from capability brochures to client outcomes. She travels constantly, which is exactly why her name shows up in so many urgent-sounding requests.
HR Director
Grace has led HR since 2016 and is the architect of Orion's graduate recruitment programme, now in its fifth intake. She owns compensation, employee relations and the culture work that keeps attrition below the consulting-industry average.
Director of Operations & Procurement
David owns delivery governance, the project management office and the procurement function. He is the programme director for Project Phoenix and the person who decides whether a supplier makes it onto the approved vendor list.
Management team
Finance Manager
Marcus manages the accounts payable and management reporting teams, and is the finance lead on the Project Phoenix ERP migration. He is the first approver for most vendor payments and the person auditors sit next to during fieldwork. He has a standing 4pm reminder to clear his approval queue.
Accounts Payable Team Lead
Serena leads the three-person accounts payable team and owns the vendor bank-detail verification process. She has personally caught two fraudulent bank-change requests since 2023, both times by calling the vendor on the number in the contract rather than the one in the email.
IT Infrastructure Manager
Kelvin runs infrastructure, endpoint management and the service desk across the three offices. He is programme-managing the Windows 11 rollout and the company-wide MFA deployment, which means most of the company currently associates his name with a change they did not ask for.
Cybersecurity Team Lead
Nurul leads the security operations team, monitoring alerts for Orion and for managed-services clients. She runs the internal phishing simulation programme and writes the monthly security bulletin that most of the company at least skims.
Marketing Manager
Jonathan manages the marketing team and is the operational owner of the Orion Tech Summit. He handles the agency relationships, the event budget and the endless supplier coordination that a 600-attendee conference generates.
Sales Team Lead — Enterprise Accounts
Clarissa leads the enterprise account team covering banking and manufacturing clients in Singapore and Malaysia. She owns the bid pipeline and works closely with Operations on resourcing commitments before anything is signed.
Talent Acquisition Manager
Samuel runs recruitment across all three offices and manages the graduate programme intake of twelve for FY27. He receives hundreds of unsolicited CVs and portfolio attachments every month from people he has never met.
Procurement Manager
Irene manages purchasing, vendor onboarding and contract renewals. She and Serena Koh in Finance jointly own the vendor master — no bank detail changes without both of them signing off, a control introduced after the 2021 near-miss.
PMO Team Lead
Aaron leads the project management office, tracking every client engagement and internal programme against schedule, budget and risk. He runs the weekly operating review pack that Beatrice Lau uses to interrogate red projects.
