HR Director
Grace has led HR since 2016 and is the architect of Orion's graduate recruitment programme, now in its fifth intake. She owns compensation, employee relations and the culture work that keeps attrition below the consulting-industry average.

Samuel Wong
Talent Acquisition Manager
Samuel runs recruitment across all three offices and manages the graduate programme intake of twelve for FY27. He receives hundreds of unsolicited CVs and portfolio attachments every month from people he has never met.

Eunice Tan
HR Business Partner
Eunice partners with Finance, IT and Operations on performance cycles, headcount planning and employee issues. She is also the HR system administrator, which means she can see and change everybody's personal records.

Michelle Seah
Payroll & HR Operations Executive
Michelle prepares monthly payroll input for all three entities and handles bank-account and personal-detail changes for staff. Her process requires an in-person or verified-call confirmation for any bank change — a rule Grace introduced in 2023.

Nadia Iskandar
Learning & Development Executive
Nadia runs Orion's training calendar, including the mandatory security awareness module that Cybersecurity writes and HR enforces. She sends the completion reminders that everyone ignores until the final week.
