External auditors have completed the Stage 1 documentation review with no major findings. Stage 2 fieldwork begins in September.
Orion Dynamics has cleared the Stage 1 documentation review of its three-yearly ISO 27001 recertification audit with no major non-conformities raised.
Stage 2 fieldwork will take place across all three offices in September, and will include direct interviews with staff in Finance, HR, IT and Operations.
Director of IT & Cybersecurity Rachel Sim thanked the teams that assembled evidence at short notice, and flagged one point of caution: "Auditors will contact colleagues directly during fieldwork. Legitimate requests will always come through the audit coordinator and will never ask you to email documents to an external address without that routing. If in doubt, ask."
A successful recertification is a contractual requirement for two of Orion's largest managed-services clients.
