Orion's company-wide multi-factor authentication deployment has completed its third phase, covering the Executive Office, Finance and IT.
The remaining departments will be enrolled through August and September on a schedule published in the IT service desk portal.
Infrastructure manager Kelvin Ong reminded staff that all enrolment communications come from the IT service desk address and always carry a ticket reference. "We will never send you a link asking you to re-enter your password to keep your MFA active," he said. "If you get one, forward it to the security mailbox and we will take it from there."
Cybersecurity team lead Nurul Hassan added that reporting rates from the internal phishing simulation programme have risen for four consecutive quarters.
